if this was a oil and gas pipeline Gondek would be on her broom!! but is so stupid to think that a pipeline of concrete would last 100 years. without at least yearly inspections. The mayor, councilors, and maintenance supervisors should be removes ASAP for not doing their jobs. Oil and gas would have fixed the entire pipeline in 1 week and oil MUST inspect their pipelines on a regular basis. They would have inspected the entire pipeline rather than just 4 of the 11 miles especially when in the 4 miles they did inspect they found 5 spots to repair. The line was empty, common sense would have checked it ALL. This council has NO sense. They all need to get their walking papers.
