Dr. Makis in shaking up AHS, (has been for 8 years) and has some possible insight into why Notley and other individuals are stepping down and disappearing....they are implicated, and their necks will be on the line.

Has anyone noticed that as of January 1/2024 our income tax and CPP contributions have doubled per pay cheque

Mine went up for CPP for the monthly contributions of over $450. A month that’s over $5400. Yearly and more than that for income tax and I only make a measly $48,000 yearly

What the hell is going on anyone else take notice?

Sadly there’s also rumours surrounding the fact that our CPP fund is now being controlled by the WEF. Anyone else hear anything on this?

Yes the federal govt has invested our CPP. Thats why they panicked when Alberta requested our $. Without AB portion Canada will loose its credit rating because of how careless the libs have handled everything.

That would not surprise me in the least. I'm sure the Liberals are panicking because the CPP monies isn't there anymore-or MUCH LESS!

Yes, it's online and we have 8 satallite offices all over the world "running" it. Now can anyone tell me why we need satellite offices in: MUMBAI, NEW YORK, LONDON, TORONTO, SAN PAOLO, SYDNEY, HONG KONG, AND LUXEMBERG???? It was run by Canadians in the East. Also JCT is using it to bump up his GDP, therefore when he needs to borrow money , it is collateral!! Sooo, is it still reliable? I would say NO! He is EVIL!!

Last year the Libs/Ndp coalition voted this in. They are taking more than we have to live on. We need them out.

Also there is the new CPP2 - which kicks in if you make over $63k (wouldn't apply to you atm) but these higher taxes will completely obliterate the middle class (all planned, of course).

Yes, an accountant a couple months ago said he noticed this was happening in 2024....which I thought was wild considering Smith was looking into scrapping CPP and making it Alberta based.

We already overpay in this country, so adding to our fees significantly doesn't sweeten the pot for Alberta. Of course, the word didn't really get out...crickets.

Thank God! Is she going to take the $85Trillion dollars owing that she left as a legacy. She wouldn't know the truth if it hit her in the face. What a waste of human skin!!

I found it shocking, one day I saw a commercial for the CPP!!! UMMMM WHAT!!!

I didn't realize we had a choice to not contribute. They're now wanting outside investors now because I'm positive the CPP isn't all there, not anymore!

I'm gratefully self-employed, and therefore don't pay into CPP or Income tax. The write-offs are a Wonderful invention! The Liberal/NDP/Block are Ruining Canada.

Oh and good riddance Notley!

If we were to refer to our Alberta News & Views host by name, what is it?

(Or perhaps, understandably, he prefers to guard his personal security.)
