The Federal Government was designed to support to the Provinces equally not like it is now. The only Province that’s stood up to the Federal Government has been Quebec.
Over the years the province’s have slowly let the Federal Government interfere and take control. Danielle Smith is setting a good example for the other Provinces to follow. If all the provinces take a stand now the Federal Government will have to listen. What’s good for Quebec should be good for the rest of Canada. Alberta is sick of playing second fiddle to Ottawa the time is now to take action.

The strings attached involve no gas lines to new homes for heat , stoves, etc. Something Alberta needs, let alone the cost to redo tons of land zones to accommodate super dense housing. Why should Calgary and Edmonton get funds that will be deducted from the whole amount that leave very little for other municipalities. I’m sure they want to fill both cities with left voting newcomers
